Programmable logic controllers

• We support a variety of PLCs, including all major brands.  We have also converted or updated existing systems to other brands and types of PLCs.  An example would be of a Modicon equipped machine being installed in a plant that only supports Allen-Bradley; we then retrofit the machine with a PLC that is supported by the end user.

• All programming is fully documented both within the source code and in the system documentation binder provided with each system.  This documentation contains explanations of software and hardware operation as well as applicable service and maintenance information.

• We also handle more advanced PLC components such as co-processor and motion modules, as well as Ethernet and CAN networks.
   

• Simple projects may only require a control interface consisting of switches and indicators.  However, we utilize most brands of HMIs and PC based interfaces that not only indicate control status but also provide an interactive guide for the operator.  Many of our systems have utilized custom graphics providing a more intuitive feel to the operator reducing the training and support requirement.
   

• PC based systems are being utilized in larger numbers with today's complex process systems that require enterprise integration or intricate coordination and control.  We provide hardware and software for such systems and utilize Visual BASIC and other language based codes.
   

• We provide both machine and complete process integration for telemetry process data, engineering and administration groups, as well as statistical process control.
   

• We provide Internet and Intranet integration as well as web services for both local and remote control of a machine or process.
   

• We provide wireless control and process alert via satellite, cellular and radio technologies.
   

• When off-the-shelf technology is not adequate or too expensive, then we provide solutions in either analog or digital typologies custom designed to the client's requirements.
