Systems engineering

We are often asked to provide a control solution as a band-aid to an improperly designed mechanical system.  Although electrical and software systems can make up for mechanical shortfalls, a full system design taking into account the many complexities of the process is the better solution.  That is why we provide mechanical engineering as well as controls.  Our people are well versed in integrating the two design disciplines to facilitate a true synergistic effect by bringing together the best of both worlds.

Key benefits

  • We speak the language of men and machines, and  harness the advances in electrical designs to improve upon any process.

  • Your system design is under one roof to eliminate confusion and false assumptions.

  • We are an entrepreneurial group that understands the "need it yesterday" requirement at a fair price.

Capabilities

Mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
  • We are fully capable to engineer mechanical, electrical and software solutions, including motion dynamics and manufacturing engineering.  Our electrical capabilities range from simple analog devices to full digital design.

FEA/CAE/CAD
  • We utilize the latest in FEA / CAE / CAD systems to engineer, analyze and document our designs.

Custom programs & analysis
  • When an off-the-shelf engineering tool is not available then we have generated our own tools to better support our engineering.  An example of this is the HEV SabreTool™ developed for hybrid electrical vehicle design and analysis.
